This Privacy Notice explains how and why er use your personal data when you use our website www.horse-powertrain.com. Please note that this Privacy Notice is always subject to applicable local law. Our collection, processing, and handling of personal information of Chinese residents is subject to China’s Personal Information Protection Law (“PIPL”). If you are located in China, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, including but not limited to: (i) your personal data being transferred outside of China; and (ii) receiving newsletters and updates.
